"Our son’s journey began at 22 months, starting with a thorough evaluation at Cornerstone Therapies. Shortly after the evaluation, services began at Cornerstone. The services included Speech and Language, OT, and PT services. It was obvious from the beginning that our son was receiving exceptional help. The highly qualified and knowledgeable team of OT and PT therapists addressed his extreme sensory issues. His progress has been amazing; being nonverbal at 22 months and now at 6 years old he is able to communicate and is reading!
He continues to receive speech services at Cornerstone Therapies with Nina Welch whose experience and expertise has been beyond compare. Her knowledge and cutting edge strategies have been the core of our son’s education. Her ability to tap into the way a child with Autism learns has continued to move our son forward.
